Return Policy

At The Ritual Bar Co., we want every item you bring into your home, ritual, or wellness space to feel intentional, beautiful, and worth it.

If something is not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Eligible online retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    In original packaging with tags attached, if applicable
    Free of damage, stains, fragrance, wear, or signs of use
    Returned with proof of purchase

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding any original shipping costs.

  • For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following items are final sale:

    • Opened or used skincare, body care, oils, sprays, bath products, or apothecary items

    • Candles that have been burned or used

    • Hair, body, or wellness tools that have been opened or used

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or promotional items marked final sale

    • Custom, special order, or made-to-order items

    • Saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, heaters, accessories, freight orders, and large wellness equipment

  • All sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, heater, freight, custom, and special-order purchases are considered final sale once the order is placed with the manufacturer or supplier.

    Because these items are often custom-ordered, freight-shipped, or reserved specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once processing has begun.

    Any warranty-related concerns will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

    Please include:

    1. Your order number

    2. Photos of the item and packaging

    3. A brief description of the issue

    Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • We are happy to offer exchanges when inventory allows. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible returns.
