What pulled me back was older than any of it: the quiet practices I grew up around, shaped by my Italian Strega and Native American roots, where heat, cold, and stillness were how you came home to yourself."
The Ritual Bar is how I'm bringing that home to Pittsburgh — the first studio of its kind in the country. I'm a mom and a wife, grounded in faith and fueled by the elements, and I built this so people could feel the afterglow — that clear, quiet hour after the heat and the cold — for themselves. Not as a trend. As a way of living with intention.

It depends on the model and your location. The Sauna House One arrives fully assembled; other models ship via crate, sized to the unit and your installation needs. We review every delivery detail with you in advance — so there are no surprises.
Electric heaters offer convenience, easy temperature control, and quick warm-up (30–60 min) — ideal for residential settings. Wood-burning offers the traditional Nordic ritual, crackling ambient heat, and off-grid flexibility (45–90 min warm-up). We'll help you choose during your consultation.
